AboutOur Enrolment Process
Our centre provides a Queensland Government approved kindergarten program to 2 groups of 22 children each year for 30 hours per fortnight, 40 weeks of the year. We are a standalone Kindergarten that specialises in children's development in their year before Prep. To be eligible for for the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS), your child must turn 4 by the 30th of June in the year they attend Kindy.

Offer of
Placement
Acceptance and confirmation of placement.
1. Join the waitlist:
We would love for you to join our community Kindy. We are accepting waitlist applications. You can apply to enrol by clicking on the link below.
Vacancies can occur during the year, please add your child to our waiting list to be notified of these vacancies as they become available.
2. Offer of Placement
An invitation to enrol will be sent to families as early as June of the year prior to commencement. Families then either accept or decline the offer of a placement in our Kindergarten.
3. Acceptance and Confirmation of Placement
Once we have received your acceptance, and you have secured your place with a $100 non-refundable booking confirmation fee, you will be invited to attend an interview (if applicable) and in November for our Orientation Playdate. This is the perfect time to meet your child’s teacher and educators to prepare for the transition to kindy.
Important note:
In November, a XAP electronic enrolment form will be sent
to families to complete. You are required to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation record. This will need to be completed before your child can commence at kindy.

Offer of Placement
Placements are offered between from June onwards for the year ahead. Once a position is offered to your child at the Centre, a non-refundable confirmation of placement fee is payable. There will also be a Membership fee which includes one member of your family's annual membership fee to the Association. We give a 5 working days window for response before moving on to the next child on the list to try to let families know as soon as we can that they have a position.
